We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cross Country Coach to lead and develop our cross country program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coaching, development, and performance of the varsity team, while fostering a positive, competitive, and supportive team culture. The coach will work closely with athletes to enhance their skills, strategies, and teamwork, all while promoting sportsmanship, leadership, and academic success.
Experience:
Previous coaching experience at the high school level (preferred).
Strong understanding of cross country, including race strategy, training techniques, and rules.
Proven experience in leading a team to success in competitive environments.
Skills:
Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational abilities.
Strong capacity to provide constructive feedback and develop individual athlete skills.
