Social Worker JobID : 5853Position Type : Special Education / Pupil Services / School Social Worker : General EdDate Posted : 8 / 5 / 2024Location : Windham Center Elementary SchoolPosition Description School Social Workers are trained mental health professionals who can assist with mental health concerns, behavioral concerns, positive behavioral support, academic, and classroom support, consultation with teachers, parents, and administrators as well as provide individual and group counseling / therapy. In addition, the School Social Worker communicates with parents; provide social / emotional / behavioral supports and or consultation to maximize the students' learning experience.
