Job Summary:
The successful candidate is preferred to have a strong conceptual understanding of teaching ELA and social studies. Understanding of effectively interpreting student performance data and creating student action plans is desirable.
Understanding of the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Understanding by Design (UbD) is strongly preferred but not required. The creation of both lessons and assessments must be aligned to standards-based reporting.
Classroom instruction should incorporate both whole-group and small-group instruction. Understanding how to best implement sources of technology is strongly preferred. Applying a growth mindset mentality for student success is a key
attribute along with flexible thinking skills and emotional intelligence.
Qualifications:
State of NH Certification required in either K-8 (1811) or K-6 (1810)
Benefits:

Salary: 42,486 - 94,397
