We are seeking an experienced Education and Instructional Support Professional to join our team at the Windham School District. As a key member of our education and instructional support department, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and services for incarcerated students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs and services that meet the diverse needs of incarcerated students, including literacy programs, job skills training, and academic support.
- Collaborate with education and training teams to design and deliver instructional programs that meet the educational needs of incarcerated students.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of educational programs and services to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Provide technical assistance to teachers and staff on the use of educational resources and technologies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to educational services and programming.
