About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced coach who can lead our student athletes in developing the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for team success. As a Physical Education Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive team environment that fosters moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, sportsmanship, and service to others.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience as a head coach or high school coach in your respective sport. Alternatively, at least five years of experience as an assistant coach in college or high school is preferred. A secondary teaching certification is also highly valued but not required. You must have or be able to acquire annual CPR/First Aid Certification along with select NFHS and State of NH certifications. Additionally, you should have a strong knowledge and commitment to following rules, expectations, policies, and procedures of the Windham School District and NHIAA.
