Job Summary: To provide supplementary instruction and support to students with disabilities as identified in Individual Education Plans. Serve as case manager for students with disabilities Coordinate the development of Individual Education Plans for students with disabilities. Assist classroom teachers with modifications that will support students with disabilities. Collect performance data on each child and share it with appropriate personnel to make program decisions for each child. Communicate with parents and attend meetings when necessary.
Qualifications: A current New Hampshire certification special education Master is preferred. Knowledge of special education processes and procedures, experience writing IEPs, and implementing specialized instruction to allow students with disabilities to access the general education curriculum.
