Anticipated Opening, February 10, 2025Facilities ManagerGuilford Central SchoolGuilford Central School in Guilford, Vermont, has an anticipated opening for a Facilities Manager to maintain, improve and protect our facilities. A qualified candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role at a facility, including experiences with industrial cleaning equipment and appliances; basic landscaping and handyman skills; knowledge of and experience implementing critical safety procedures; maintenance of state-mandated paperwork and related administrative tasks; training of staff and task delegation; and coordination of building projects and contractor services. Attention to detail and the ability to work positively and cooperatively with children and adults from diverse backgrounds is a must. High school diploma or equivalent is required.This is a full year position with 8 hours worked per day.
Wage Grade 5 ($23.31 - $30.21 per hour, depending upon experience). Guilford Central School is an equal opportunity employer.
