Part Time Academic Support Teacher

Oak Grove School, in Brattleboro, VT, has an opening for a 0.5 Academic Support Teacher beginning in the 2025-2026 school year. Candidates for this position should have an understanding of research-based practices for reading and math instruction, intervention, and assessment, an ability to work well on a team, and the flexibility to work with a number of different students both in the classroom and in small group settings. Candidates for this position will also help with family engagement in the school community. An understanding of the Vermont Multi-Layered Systems of Support (MLSS) structure and approach is beneficial. Candidates should be licensed, or licensable, in elementary education in the state of Vermont.
This position will be half days, in the morning, Monday through Friday.
