Full Time Customer Service Representative needed for very busy veterinary practice. Front desk/reception experience preferred.
Excellent phone and customer service skills are a must.
The CSR's primary role is to provide care to clients and their pets. The CSR is responsible for direct contact (in person and via phone) with our clients. The CSR will take calls and communicate with our Drs as necessary. They will also be responsible for appropriate scheduling of all appointments and surgeries. Our CSRs are a vital part of our Team as they are the first people our clients interract with when they arrive and the last interraction they have when their appointments are completed. This is a very instrumental position within our clinic in providing client and patient care.
