At Windmere, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Associate to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to residents in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal hygiene services, including bathing, oral care, skin and nail care, and hand washing
- Assist with resident grooming, including hair care, shaving, dressing, and weighing
- Support residents with toileting, bowel and bladder training, and perineal care
- Make beds and assist with resident mobility, transferring, ambulation, positioning, and range of motion
- Use appropriate and safe body technique when lifting and/or transferring residents or supplies
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- CURRENT CNA LICENSE REQUIRED BY THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE NEW JERSEY STATE-APPROVED NURSING ASSISTANT PROGRAM
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
