Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated licensed mental health therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to provide individual, group, and family therapy services in a dynamic treatment setting. Ideal candidates will document client progress, facilitate therapy groups, and collaborate with our team.
We have two available positions: Tuesday-Saturday 9:00-5:30 and Monday-Friday 1:00-8:00pm. Must be present for training and in-person groups. Sessions can be conducted remotely.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
- Facilitate process, psychoeducational, and didactic therapy groups.
- Evaluate compliance with clinical and ethical guidelines.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active Texas license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to maintain accurate chart records and documentation.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Able to provide health and TB clearance and pass a background check.
Preferred:
- Experience working with addiction and dual-diagnosis clients.
- Experience facilitating various groups.
- Experience providing therapy to adults, couples, and families impacted by substance use disorders.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This role involves sitting, standing, walking, driving, lifting up to 20 lbs, and engaging in verbal and written communication. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings within a substance abuse treatment and mental health facility. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
