Windom Area Health is seeking a motivated full-time Mental Health Therapist to use their expertise in providing patient care to our community and help our growing walk-in mental health clinic. Duties including providing individual therapy and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide acute treatment to clients, serving a mixture of scheduled and walk-in clients, and coordinating client care with other necessary support services in the best interest of clients (e.g. family, school, care givers, medical primary care providers, collaborative therapists etc.) This position will work closely with our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide coordinated patient care. Master’s degree in a clinical practice field of psychology, mental health counseling, or social work required. Licensed by the State of Minnesota as an independent behavioral health professional AND 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient setting. This position will primarily be Monday – Friday.
