We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our team in the Bonita Springs and surrounding areas of Sarasota, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale.

Your Role
This full-time outside sales position involves building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients in your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales presentations to high-end homebuilders and architects
- Product demonstrations and print take-offs
- Quoting and obtaining specifications
- Project planning and design
- Closing jobs and resolving customer issues
- Communication with support staff for timely shipments
Requirements
- Experience in construction, window and door, or related industry
- Sales experience in the window and door industry
- Strong time management skills without direct supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Adaptability to work independently both in office and remotely
- Proficiency in quoting software and general computer knowledge
