Starting Pay :

15 / hour as a trainee

Once promoted (based on reliability and trustworthiness), pay increases to $22-$30 / hour .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide top-notch window cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with every job by delivering excellent results and a positive experience.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail on all cleaning tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure that all equipment is handled responsibly.
  • Show up on time, ready to work, with a positive attitude.
