Position Overview :
As a Remote Closer, you will be responsible for handling warm leads, quoting, helping potential customers choose the right package, and scheduling appointments—all remotely. You'll be given an average of 10-15 leads per day, and your goal is to maintain a company average close rate of 40%. Experience is preferred but not required, as we will provide all the training needed to help you succeed. With a weekly base pay plus a commission and bonus structure, your earning potential is limitless!
Responsibilities :
- Engage with warm leads to quote and recommend packages that fit their needs.
- Close sales and help customers schedule appointments.
- Maintain a close rate of 40% or higher based on company standards.
- Build rapport with leads and work to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions to continuously improve your sales skills.
