Window Depot USA of St. Louis is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation of windows and doors, possess strong problem-solving skills, and deliver exceptional customer service. Essential Functions:

• Install windows, doors, and related products with precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
• Measure and cut materials to the correct size before installation.
• Remove old windows and doors safely and efficiently.
• Apply caulking, sealants, and other finishing materials as needed.
• Perform inspections of installed products to ensure they meet company standards and customer satisfaction.
• Work with a team to complete installations on schedule and maintain a clean and safe worksite.
• Communicate with clients professionally, answering questions and addressing concerns regarding installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Be efficient working with a metal sliding brake.
  
  

Competencies:

• Experience: 2 years of window installation experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with power tools and equipment related to window installation.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 100 lbs), climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid drivers license required. Installation certifications are a plus.
• Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to delivering quality results.
