Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Branding
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote windows, siding, doors, and bath/shower services across Youngstown, Northeast Ohio, and Western Pennsylvania.
- Lead brand development efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual identity, and overall company representation.
- Create and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including direct mail, print ads, and digital content, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI).
- Utilize data to refine targeting strategies for traditional, digital, and community-based marketing efforts.
Traditional & Digital Marketing Execution
- Manage traditional marketing channels, including direct mail, radio, TV, and print advertising.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with external agencies or vendors to ensure effective execution of media buys and creative production.
Community Marketing & Outreach
- Develop and manage community-based marketing efforts, including sponsorships, local events, home shows, and partnerships with regional organizations.
- Foster relationships with local businesses and influencers to increase brand visibility.
- Identify opportunities for grassroots campaigns and local engagement to strengthen the company’s presence.
Project Management & Collaboration
- Coordinate cross-department collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and customer acquisition goals.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials and sales support tools to enhance the customer experience.
Customer-Centric Focus
- Develop and maintain customer retention programs, including referral incentives and follow-up communications.
- Oversee reputation management efforts, including review responses and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives reflect the company’s customer-first philosophy: “We Create Happy Customers.”
Skills & Competencies:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. AMA and/or SMEI certification preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 year's experience in a Marketing role
- Availability: We are open to discussing a schedule that works for us and for you. We are prepared to offer a 40-hour schedule, but if you're looking for less (i.e., 3- or 4-day work options), we can discuss.
- Detail-oriented: Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Analytical: Skilled in interpreting data to guide marketing decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Creative & Strategic: Balances creative brand messaging with data-driven strategies for maximum impact.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, budgets, and team coordination.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with home improvement trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape not required, but preferred.
