Window Gang is a professional exterior cleaning solutions company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the Fort Worth area. We have been the number one window cleaning company for 5 years in a row. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced role on various outdoor cleaning projects.
JOB SUMMARY :
This position is for highly organized and customer-centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous exterior cleaning experience is an asset, but not required. We are looking for another team member for our busy season, with potential to come on board full-time. Part-time for the right person is also an option
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Completing exterior cleaning projects such as window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and morePlanning and managing work flow on the job siteCommunicating effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer serviceWorking as a team to complete tasks in most efficient mannerOrganizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasksAbility to mix the right chemicals to perform the projectsInvoicing and payment completion for every jobSelling further services to customersOwning marketing around each job siteDriving the van to and from each jobCleaning the interior and exterior of the vanRepresenting Window Gang in the local community and networking with potential customersas needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS :
1 years of labor or customer service experience preferred, Window Cleaning Experience preferred but not requiredAbility to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systemsCourteous, friendly personality and committed to great customer serviceA strong work ethic, highly dependable, and able to self-manageAble to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50 lbs), in the summer sun, andhandling tools.
