We're seeking a motivated Part-Time Field Marketing Associate to help grow our brand by distributing door hangers and placing yard signs in local neighborhoods. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and managing a flexible schedule.
Job Overview :
Position : Part-Time Field Marketing Associate
Pay : $12 / hour - Paid weekly every Friday
Schedule : 20 hours / week | Flexible hours between Mon-Sat, 9 AM - 6 PM
Must work in blocks of at least 3 hours per shift
Environment : Outdoor, independent work - no direct customer interaction
Responsibilities :
Distribute a minimum of 2,000 door hangers and place 20 yard signs weekly
Navigate assigned neighborhoods using a company-provided app for route tracking
Represent the company professionally while wearing a provided company shirt (hat optional)
Follow provided neighborhood maps and guidelines to ensure accurate coverage
Requirements :
Transportation : Reliable means to and from designated work areas
Smartphone : Required for communication and route tracking
Physical Capability : Comfortable walking up to 50 miles per week
Appearance : Presentable and able to represent the company positively
Work Conditions :
Work will be rescheduled during inclement weather
Mileage reimbursement may be provided for personal vehicle use
