Key Responsibilities:
Perform a Variety of Services – Provide top-quality window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting.
Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience – Conduct final walkthroughs, collect payments, request customer reviews, and recommend additional services.
Maintain Equipment & Safety Standards – Keep all tools and equipment clean, organized, and in top working condition.
Follow the Window Genie Way – Adhere to our proven service methods to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
What We’re Looking For:
Professional, personable, and detail-oriented
Team player with strong leadership skills
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to work
Comfortable with heights—able to climb ladders and work with arms overhead
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working on your feet for extended periods
Compensation & Benefits:
Earn $25-30 per hour ($1,000 - $1,500 per week)
