A solid candidate for our team would be self-directed / driven, outgoing, very well spoken, positive attitude, coachable and strives to be a proactive problem solver.
Minimum Qualifications :
Outside B2B Sales Experience is desired | Service-Minded Work Ethic | Strong Communication skills | Strong Leadership Skills | Associates Degree or more preferred but not required | Prefer for candidate to live in the Arlington / Mansfield / Grand Prairie area.
Compensation :
A performance based compensation plan that includes advance Commissions and Residual Income. First Quarter Guarantee Base plus Commissions and Incentives. 1099 Position.
Compensacin : $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month
