Job Description:
As a Window Cleaner, Pressure Washing, and Gutter Cleaning Technician, you will play a key role in helping our customers maintain the cleanliness and safety of their properties. Your responsibilities will include:
- Window Cleaning: Cleaning windows of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring a streak-free, polished finish.
- Pressure Washing: Using pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces such as driveways, patios, siding, and decks.
- Gutter Cleaning: Removing debris from gutters and downspouts to prevent water damage and ensure proper drainage.
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, ladders, and window cleaning tools.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring high-quality results and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment as needed.
- Communicate with customers about the status of the job and provide recommendations for additional services when applicable.
- Experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift equipment.
- Comfortable with heights (ladder work required for window and gutter cleaning).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
