We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing resources, and ensuring the seamless execution of our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement improvements in workflows, systems, and processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Budget Management : Oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including finance, HR, and sales, to streamline operations and support overall business growth.
- Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements across all operations.
- Performance Metrics : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (8 years) in an operations leadership role, preferably in the hospitality, window covering, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP, Quickbooks, CRM, and Scrum.
