The Confirmation Specialist reports to our Confirmations Team Lead and is responsible forproviding quality and efficient customer service to our customers. The Confirmation Specialist will ensure accuracy of prospective customer information, appointment details and market availability.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry and lead eligibility compared to market requirements
- Confirm details of set appointments with prospective customers
- Support the Sales team by communicating with customers should appointment changes arise
- Serve as a point of contact for Sales management to swiftly answer and resolve questions and issues related to appointments, Sales team schedules and/or lead requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1 years of experience of Marketing Call Center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to be successful in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to make sound judgments independently
- Availability between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM and on weekends
