\n- Perform pre-installation and post-installation inspections
- Anticipate roadblocks that could impact customer expectations; job costs and/or code performance, and recommend solutions
- Coordinate return visits; convey needed services, materials, and labor to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with relevant post-close stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily activities
- Fulfill service appointment specifications
- Maintain company assets in excellent working order
- Maintain a substantive knowledge of our products, install techniques, and construction
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3 years professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet company insurance standards
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel; experience with Customer Relationship management systems preferred
- Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad
- Customer-centric mindset
- Superior time and project management skills
- Impeccable prioritization and organizational skills
- Innate sense of urgency
