Window Nation is undergoing a major transformation initiative to support its tremendous organic growth. The Microsoft Dynamics Administrator will report to the Technology Director and will support our Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, F&O) and related applications. The primary activities of this role are to maintain and support the Dynamics platform. The role will also be responsible for analyzing assigned areas to understand, assess and identify opportunities to improve processes and functions related to the platform.
This person will also collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop, deliver, and manage business applications. Together with other colleagues, they will improve the platform, drive usage, and provide actionable business insights.
Window Nation is a rapidly growing organization and is currently located in 25 different business markets with plans to double in size within the next five years. This position will be integral in the development and implementation of maximizing our operations capacity and optimizing processes that are scalable and sustainable as the company gains more complexity.
\n- Ensure optimal performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems and products (CRM, Sales, Marketing, F&O).
- Managing Microsoft Dynamics roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Oversee incidents and drive them to resolution.
- Build custom reports and dashboards, within D365, as needed.
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
- Evaluating and installing new Microsoft Dynamics releases, as well as providing training and support.
- Documenting the processes, including error reports and changes to the systems.
- Assist with the testing of new or existing features, and or updates and the effect of application changes to current or new systems.
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and other staff in IT. Establish and maintain business customer relationships and manage solution delivery communications.

- A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- 4 or more years of experience with CRM/ERP systems.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics administrator.
- Experience in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Microsoft Dynamics profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
- Ability to provide Microsoft Dynamics training and end-user support.
- Problem-solving orientation with the ability to define cross-functional processes and systems requirements to drive efficiency, clarity & accuracy.
- Very strong communication. Ability to articulate concepts to engage cross-functional partners on decisions, priorities, and action plans.
- Self-motivated with a desire to innovate and improve on the current state.
- An Advanced or Intermediate level of Microsoft Dynamics certification in a relevant stream.
