The Call Center Agent reports to our Call Center Team Lead and is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with our prospective customers, always taking a friendly, professional, and ethical approach. The Call Center Agent will follow a script to determine the potential customer’s need for our products and services, while building excitement and urgency to partner with Window Nation.
\n- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments for our sales team
- Exercise judgment and make timely decisions to promote smooth workflow
- Overcome customer objections to maximize the quality and quantity of sales appointments
- Manage appointments for the sales team including rescheduling, and cancelations
- Adhere to a proven script to set customer sales appointments
- Make decisions on lead eligibility by qualifying lead requirements
- Enter data in our system with the highest level of accuracy
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 years in a food service or customer service-oriented field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with MS Dynamics
- Proven ability to be successful in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- 1 years of telemarketing experience
- Availability between 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM and on weekends
