You'll manage a team of installers, ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. You’ll also play a key role in managing product deliveries to job sites, ensuring that materials are properly handled and installations run smoothly.

- Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners regarding installation timelines, project requirements, and expectations. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing updates throughout the project.
- Job Site Management: Oversee job site organization, ensuring that tools, materials, and safety equipment are well-managed and that each site is clean and safe.
- Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior installers and assist in their development, particularly in the areas of large window and door installations and IGU replacement techniques.
- Troubleshooting: Address challenges on-site, whether related to door/window sizing, site conditions, or unforeseen issues with IGU replacement.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all installations meet local building codes and safety standards, and enforce company policies related to safe work practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in window and door installation, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Significant experience with large opening doors and IGU replacements is required.
