Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our busy team installing window treatments. The ideal candidate would be someone skilled in carpentry or prior window treatment installation experience.

Must be willing to submit to full background check. Drug free environment. Please do not apply if you cannot pass background check requirements as this role requires badge requirements at facilities requiring background clearance.

This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of window treatments (roller shades, shutters, and other various shades).
• Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure functionality and safety.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process. Polite and good with customers and other vendors.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all installation activities.

Skills

• Background check clearance required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of measuring, carpentry, and other basic tool skills.
