We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the position of Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Contract Review: Throughly review contracts to ensure accurate understandiing of project requirements.
- Installer Scheduling: Efficiently schedule installers based on project timelines and availability.
- Follow-up Phone Calls: Conduct follow-up phone calls (120 calls minimum daily) to ensure project projress and address any concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve any issues that may arises on the job site, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Geographical Understanding: Demonstrate a solid understanding of geographical locationss to optimize schuduling and logistics.
- Scheduling Expertise: Mnange and optimize project schedules, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service thoughtout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in coordinating roles, perferably in contracting or installation enviromnent.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in reading and unstanding contracts.
- Geographic knowledge to effectively plan and schedule installations
- Excellent communication skills for conducting customer service calls.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
