About the Role:
Window Wizards Crystal Clear LLC is looking for a motivated Window Cleaning Technician to join our team! This is a performance-based position, meaning the harder you work, the more you earn. You’ll be responsible for providing top-tier window cleaning and exterior home services, ensuring customers are satisfied with crystal-clear results.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean residential and commercial windows, ensuring streak-free results.
- Perform additional exterior cleaning services such as solar panel cleaning, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installation.
- Follow company safety procedures and handle equipment properly.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
- Work efficiently to maximize earnings under our Pay-for-Performance model.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if applicable) in good condition.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hardworking and self-motivated individuals who want to earn based on performance.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Prior experience in window cleaning, exterior services, or general labor is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
