Window World seeks energetic and customer centric individual to fill role of Customer Service Coordinator at our Youngstown Window World location. Job Responsibilities :
Maintain communication with our customers via phone, email, etc.
Order all materials and parts required to complete job
Data entry & record maintenance in our CRM program
Collaborate with the other locations to obtain new contracts sold
Coordinate with supplier to set delivery date of products
Coordinate schedule between customers and installers
Ensure paperwork is complete and correct before giving to installers
Work closely with department team
Qualifications :
Basic computer skills required
Pleasant personality with energetic spirit
Problem solving mindset to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards
