- Provide quality installation services by following established installation processes
- Ability to hang 5" and 6" aluminum gutters, and all aspects of gutter and gutter protection installations
- Travel in assigned territory to complete installations at customer location.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Good work attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in gutter installation REQUIRED
- Knowledge of installation techniques and construction
- Ability to stand or bend for prolonged time periods and exert up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- No fear of heights, ascending/descending ladders up to 40’, or standing and walking on a roof.
- Must hold valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a box truck
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test, including for marijuana.
- Dedication to customer needs, good housekeeping on job site, and solving problems to attain complete customer satisfaction
