Our installers :
- Demonstrate a willingness to always put the customer first.
- Have prior experience and capability when it comes to installing windows and doors.
- Have a proven track record of top-quality craftsmanship.
- Have availability to work a full schedule based on our customers' availability.
- Want to have national training and support.
- Have the desire to earn a strong competitive hourly wage with benefits and overtime.
Qualifications :
- Apprentice to expert installation experience.
- Valid driver's license clean driving record.
- Ownership of your own hand tools.
Possession of the following is a plus :
- EPA Lead Certification
- DOT Certification
