Window World of Kansas City is seeking a qualified candidate to join our sales department. Demand for our product has caused a need within our company to expand. Window World offers a unique permanent replacement window option for homeowners who are in need of a high quality, durable and permanent replacement window.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through in-home consultations to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize negotiation and customer service skills to close sales effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to enhance customer understanding.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualified Candidates will be provided with:
- Preset appointments.
- Comprehensive Training. You will be taught our time tested method.
- Excellent Income opportunity: First year representatives earn between $40,000-$75,000. A tenured representative can earn well over $100,000 per year.
