Position Overview:
This is a great opportunity to join our busy Call Center and join a winning team! The Customer Support Associate is responsible for answering calls for showrooms and other incoming lines. They will also coordinate and communicate with all sales personnel and resolve customer service issues. The customer service associate is a liaison between our customers and the sales team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner and enter all calls into system.
- Ability to take calls and maintain a pleasant composure.
- Coordinate & communicate with sales personnel.
- Work independently to resolve customer service issues.
- Serve as liaison between customers and the sales team.
- Complete reports and other tasks/assignments as required.
- Follow up on Internet Leads and installation.
- Ability to schedule deliveries with customers.
- Ability to process customer payments.
- Pay Range is $18-19 per hour
- Work Hours are 8:30AM - 5:00PM.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office, Google, IBM AS400).
- Prior call center experience is preferable
