If you are looking for a rapidly growing company surrounded by a strong support group, WindowRama is the team for you!Field Sales ConsultantThe Field Sales Consultant is responsible for completing various functions in order to complete a sale from the homeowner. These sales are conducted at the customer’s home. The main objective of the Sales Person is to sell WindowRama products and the installation of said product and to ensure the accuracy of all paperwork submitted and to maintain a high quality of customer service.Essential Job Functions : Visiting the homes of our customers to sell our product line of windows, doors, and skylights as well as the installation of those productsFollow up on all generated leadsSchedule appointments to conduct in-home inspections to identify needs of the customerTravel throughout market area meeting with customersMeasure windows and doors to collect accurate sizes for ordersEnter all sales orders into our CRMBuild and establish trusting relationships between our customers and WindowRamaEnsure each customer receives exceptional serviceParticipate in ongoing sales and product trainingAbility to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writingKey Competencies : .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to problem-solve.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.Ability to supervise and develop subordinate staff.Ability to multitask, consistently meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong time management skills.Advanced use of Microsoft OfficeDetail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilitiesTop performer who can instill pride of workmanship in self while also motivating team to excelPassionate about WindowRama and loves the brandHighly motivated, flexible, and positive, professional demeanorRequired Education and Experience : 2-3 years of previous sales or industry experienceExtensive product knowledgeAbility to work well under pressure and achieve resultsMust have a valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insuranceAbility to work flexible hours including some Saturdays, nights, and weekendsMust be able to work 100% remote and have reliable transportation to and from appointmentsPhysical Requirements : The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
