In this role, you will undergo a structured onboarding program to develop expertise in catering sales while working closely with senior sales executives. Upon completing the onboarding period, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and executing successful events.

Primary Function:
This role includes a six-month structured onboarding program designed to integrate new hires into the catering sales industry and Windows Catering’s sales process. During this period, you will assist senior sales executives in daily operations, client interactions, and event planning. Upon successful completion, your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
- Manage high-profile catered events from proposal to execution.
- Plan, supervise, and evaluate contracted events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups to measure client satisfaction and encourage rebooking.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth.
Minimum Experience / Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in catering, restaurant, event planning, or hospitality industry sales.
- Strong knowledge of menu development, event planning (including social and kosher events), and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in resolving issues.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks effectively.
