In your role as a Call Center Representative, you will be speaking to our potential customers as the face of our company and will be responsible for creating a great first impression! You will be responsible for responding to customers who request a quote, answer questions, and find the best time for them to meet with one of our Project Managers. No Cold Calling required! We also provide an outstanding incentive program for setting appointments.
We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Cincinnati, OH office. A qualified applicant will have excellent computer and communication skills, call center or inside sales experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends if needed, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues. Representatives must have a clear and friendly telephone voice. They are front-line employees for a company and strongly influence how customers feel about it.
Job duties include:
- Interact with customers over the phone, email, or online chat in a professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Inbound calls and make outbound calls - approx. 35 an hour
- Customer Service
- Manage sales reps schedules
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
- Rehash previous quotes to find opportunities for revenue
- Keep customer data secure

We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.
