Responsibilities:
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Windows Plus, introducing homeowners to our high-quality products and services. You’ll:
- Build rapport with potential customers by discussing how our energy-efficient products can enhance their home's value and comfort.
- Maintain relationships with past clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Work closely with closers to ensure smooth transitions and positive client experiences.
- Meet Windows Plus’ key performance standards (KPI) to ensure consistent success.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your skills and grow your confidence in the sales field.
Requirements:
