Responsibilities:
- Visit homeowners in assigned territory to assess their home improvement needs.
- Conduct thorough inspections and precise measurements of homes to provide tailored solutions.
- Present our PROVEN 10-step selling methodology, ensuring a 50% sale closing ratio.
- Help homeowners analyze options and make informed decisions based on clear facts and figures.
- Maintain accountability for customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Keep a positive attitude and uphold professionalism in every interaction.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Outgoing, extroverted personality with adaptability when interacting with team members, management, and clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
