The Opportunity
Our path into Sales Management is built to identify and develop exceptional sales talent who not only excel in sales but embody our mission, vision, and values. Over the course of 6-12 months, you'll experience a phased transition from outstanding individual producer to respected team leader, preparing you for a full-time Sales Manager role.

Phase 1: During the first six months, you'll be evaluated based on key leadership attributes to ensure you're ready for the challenge of management. The criteria include:
- Mission, Vision, and Values Alignment: Consistently embody our core values and company goals in every interaction.
- Team Influence and Contribution: Build authentic relationships, earning trust and respect through positive contributions to the team.
- Commitment to the Sales Process: Master and follow our sales process to set the standard for others.
- Active Participation: Fully engage in team meetings, activities, and communication, showing commitment to team success.
- Ethical Sales Practices: Sell with integrity, setting honest expectations for lasting client trust.
- Consistent High Production: Rank in the top 10% of producers by meeting or exceeding targets for six consecutive months.
- Personal Growth through Reading: Complete assigned readings to enhance personal growth and leadership development.
Phase 2: Upon meeting the leadership criteria, you’ll embark on a six-month SMIT transition, gaining practical leadership experience and preparing for full-time management responsibilities. This includes:
- Months 7-8: Start with shadowing our current sales leader to understand daily leadership tasks. You’ll also complete Modules 1-4 of our SMIT Course, focused on foundational leadership and management concepts.
- Months 9-10: Take on co-management responsibilities, collaborating with the current leader on team management and performance tracking. Complete Modules 5-8 of our SMIT Course, honing your skills in team dynamics and performance metrics.
- Months 11-12: Step into an independent leadership role, with ongoing support and oversight from our sales leader. You’ll finalize your training with Modules 9-12, covering advanced strategies and full leadership responsibilities.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Outgoing, extroverted personality with adaptability when interacting with team members, management, and clients.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
