What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Sales position at Windridge Implements, LLC?
Agricultural equipment counter parts sales, customer processes includes, looking up parts and all transactions for sale. Also includes service department support needs, lobby sales upkeep, organization of parts, receipting, binning and care as and up-selling. Working with Case/IH agricultural and Case Construction as well as JCB Ag and Construction lines . Experience rewarded, will train qualified candidates. Good people skills, and computer skills necessary. Orderly , detailed work requires following processes in parts and service sales environments for selling, billing, up-selling, sales closure and customer satisfaction.
Important tasks of the job include finalizing parts and accessories transactions by properly closing each sale, including up selling of pats and accessories that benefit the customer. Successfully identify and fulfill customer needs and desires by helping them select the best parts and accessories solutions. Maintain a current knowledge base of parts and accessories to stay current on legal, safety and recall information to protect all parties. Support Service Department administrative processes as needed. Follow up with the customer in a timely manner. Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner. Maintain a clean, well stocked and attractive merchandise area. Accurately account for all incoming and outgoing parts and accessories and partake in inventory count and control needs.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
