What You'll Do:
- Greet residents and visitors with a welcoming smile and positive attitude.
- Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and reservations, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate transportation services, appointments, and deliveries to enhance residents' convenience and comfort.
- Maintain a tidy and organized lobby area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who enter.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.
