Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies, providing exceptional service with compassion and professionalism.
- Assist with the upkeep of our grounds, including landscaping and snow removal as needed.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical components, plumbing and generators a plus.
- Strong knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work with team and engage residents, vendors, and guests of the community.
