Job Profile
- Provide top-notch customer service to all residents, family members, vendors, and employees
- Answer telephone, transfer calls, take and deliver accurate messages
- Distribute resident and office mail
- Fax and photocopy documents as requested
- Assist with maintenance of files as needed
- Maintain front desk and lobby areas, ensuring they are clean and free from clutter
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service setting preferred.
- Prior experience working in senior living or other healthcare environment is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and the general public
- Compassion and desire to work with the elderly
