Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding and classification of expenses.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Assist with external audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Provide support to senior management and department heads as needed.
