Purpose
Multi-dynamic WindRiver and related businesses include Real Estate, Citico's Restaurant, WindRiver Golf Course, Weddings & Events, WindRiver HOA & Club, WindRiver Marina & Harbor, and Landscaping. The Digital & Design Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and producing high-quality digital and print marketing assets to support WindRiver's Club, Membership, Hospitality, Events, and Real Estate efforts. This role will ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet marketing goals. Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Manager, the Digital & Design Specialist plays a key role in maintaining WindRiver's premium visual presence across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Design & Production
- Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, advertisements, signage, social media graphics, email banners, and digital ads.
- Create and manage branded templates for internal and external use.
- Assist in editing photos and videos for use across platforms.
- Ensure all designs adhere to WindRiver branding standards and visual guidelines.
- Digital Content & Web Support
- Update website content and imagery as needed, coordinating with the Brand & Marketing Manager.
- Optimize visual content for web and mobile platforms.
- Support SEO and user experience by implementing best practices in layout and design.
- Video Development, Editing, and Production
- Marketing Support
- Assist with planning and producing content for email marketing, events, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager to support design needs for property marketing (within brand guidelines).
- Work with internal departments (Club, Golf, Marina, Hospitality) to develop marketing assets that meet their goals.
- Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Conduct quality checks on visual materials to ensure alignment with WindRiver's brand.
- Maintain an organized library of digital assets, templates, photos, and videos.
- Stay current on design trends and recommend improvements or innovations.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a creative or digital marketing role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, or other design platforms.
- Basic knowledge of website editing (e.g., WordPress or other CMS platforms) a plus.
- Photography and videography experience (preferred).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) (preferred).
- Experience supporting luxury or lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of design principles for digital and print media.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs, twist, kneel, lift, climb, push, and pull items weighing up to 35lbs. Must be able to stand and continuously move throughout the workday. Must be comfortable working in an office setting for 8 hours a day.
