Responsibilities:
- set appointments for new and existing clients based on our company guidelines.
- Answer phone calls promptly and assist with inquiries.
- Request and obtain necessary documents or information as required.
- Communicate effectively with relevant team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Accurately enter and update client information, including contact details and preferences.
- Manage referrals and appointment follow-ups in accordance with company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and web inquiries.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and direct clients to the appropriate department.
- Minimum of one year of customer service or administrative experience.
