Duties

- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in clinical decision-making.

Requirements
- Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice.

- Strong clinical knowledge in areas such as primary care, assisted living, dementia care, geriatrics, ICU, critical care, pediatrics, or working with people with disabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
